BUSINESS ONLY
2025 Los Angeles K-Food Fair (B2B) is a business-to-business only event. All buyers are required to register and fill out the application to show and approve by the host.

Once approved for K-Food Fair, you’re approved for ALL programs.

IDENTIFICATION
You will have to go through the check-in process to enter and all attendees are required to show personal and(or) business ID to enter the events.
OVER 21
You must be 21 years or older to attend.
ATTENDANCE
Only one personnel per company is eligible to receive reimbursement. All attendee information needs to be shared to the host prior to the event.
RESERVES THE RIGHT
2025 Los Angeles K-Food Fair (B2B) reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason and to have anyone removed from the premises of the show at any time, for any reason.
BUYER QUALIFICATION
K-Food Fair (B2B) is a professional trade show and is only open to qualified businesses.
To attend as a buyer, your company must register to start the approval process and meet specific business requirements. To be admitted, buyers must be of 21 years of age or older and must provide documentation reflecting a direct and professional affiliation in the industry. Each business can have one person to attend each event as a qualified buyer.
Any additional guests will be subject to screening for entrance.
DEFINITION
Companies that wholesale/warehouse finished food and/or beverage finished products for direct sale to retail. The company must sell more than one food/beverage manufacturer’s product line or brand.

PROOF OF BUSINESS
Provide supporting documents (filing receipt, company catalog, business card) per registrant to qualify for attendance. Companies with qualifying documents outside of the options listed must submit them with the registration for review.
TRAVEL SUPPORT & COVERAGE
Authorized travel arrangements, including lodging and transportation, will be coordinated and covered by aT Center Los Angeles upon prior written approval.
