2023 KFFNY reserves the right to refuse entry to our show to anyone for any reason and to have anyone removed from the premises of the show at any time, for any reason
BUYER QUALIFICATION
K-Food Fair (B2B) is a professional trade show and is only open to qualified businesses. To attend as a buyer, your company must register to start the approval process and meet specific business requirements. To be admitted, buyers must be of 21 years of age or older and must provide documentation reflecting a direct and professional affiliation in the industry. Each business can have 1 person to attend each event. Any additional guests will be subject to screening for entrance.
DEFINITION
Companies that wholesale/warehouse finished food and/or beverage finished products for direct sale to retail. The company must sell more than one food/beverage manufacturer’s product line or brand.

PROOF OF BUSINESS
Provide supporting document(filing receipt, company catalogue, business card) per registrant to qualify for attendance. Companies with qualifying documents outside of the options listed must submit them with the registration for review.
REIMBURSEMENT GUIDELINES
Authorized business travel for staff must be pre-approved with written confirmation by aT Center New York event staff. 2023 K-Food Fair(KFF) will not prepay any personal expenses with the intention of being “repaid” at a later time, nor will any personal expenses be reimbursed. All requests for reimbursement of expenses above are to be submitted on a travel reimbursement form. A reimbursement request must be made within 30 days of the event. Reimbursement of parking and other services does not qualify to be reimbursed if vouchers are provided.
